The Killam Trust Scholarships are part of the $400 million Killam Trusts, one of Canada's largest and most prestigious endowments for scholarly activities.
The Killam Trusts have provided more than $60 million to the University of Alberta through three programs administered by the Faculty of Graduate Studies and Research (FGSR):
- Izaak Walton Killam Memorial Scholarship
- Dorothy J Killam Memorial Graduate Prizes
- Killam Award for Excellence in Mentoring
