The National Scholarship Programme of the Slovak Republic supports the mobility of students, PhD students, university teachers, researchers and artists.
The programme was established by the Government of the Slovak Republic in 2005.
The programme aims to support the mobility of international students, PhD students, university teachers, researchers and artists in the Slovak Republic.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the National Scholarship Programme of the Slovak Republic, applicants must meet certain criteria.
- Be a citizen of a country that is a member of the European Union, the European Economic Area, or a country with which the Slovak Republic has a bilateral agreement on scholarships.
- Be a student, PhD student, university teacher, researcher or artist.
- Have a good command of the Slovak language (B1 level or higher).
- Have a valid travel document (passport).
