Vision & Mission The vision & mission of Training & Placement is to provide an open opportunity to the young generation for exploring their core skills for building up their career as world class professionals, with depth knowledge & versatile personality to meet the challenges of global economy. The Training & Placement Office (TPO) cell provides the infra-structural facilities to conduct workshop, skills test and interviews by the companies. The TPO cell interacts with many industries in the country for holding campus interviews. Every year the TPO cell provides job opportunities to students in the top MNCs. All departments make continuous efforts to identify needs of industries and students are trained accordingly to satisfy these needs to the maximum possible extent. It has been the department's endeavour to develop competent human resources with necessary technical skills and responsible citizens for the society.

S. D. College of Engineering & Technology believes that the entire placement exercise is an outcome of collaborative effort between the institution and the industry. It is very significant for the students to be properly counselled and guided for their career options. The training and placement department of S. D. College of Engineering & Technology is self-sustaining and focused, working incessantly to help the students in getting their dream jobs. For making them employable, adequate training provided to the pre final and final year students. The institute has regular trainer for PDP and to Sharpen their skill we invite experts from industry and other agencies.
