About the Institution
Sharad Institute of Technology College of Engineering (SITCOE) was founded in 2009 by the Shri Shamrao Patil (Yadravkar) Educational & Charitable Trust in Jaysingpur, District Kolhapur, which was originally established in 1986 by the late Shri Shamrao Patil (Yadravkar). The institute holds NAAC 'A' Grade accreditation and offers NBA-accredited programs. SITCOE provides two flagship engineering courses.
According to MyKollege, its B.Tech program is ranked 744 out of 762 engineering colleges in India for 2025. Admission to the B.Tech program is based on JEE Main, Maharashtra JEE Main, and MHTCET scores. For the M.Tech program, a GATE score is required, along with a minimum of 45% in Class 12 (40% for reserved categories).
