Soft Skill trainings are Provide to the students to enhance their interpersonal, communication, personality traits and career attributes. Employability Skill Training Programme, English Competency Development and Aptitude Competency Development programs are conducted to improve the skill sets of the students.

ORELL Language Lab training is given to the students, to improve their language proficiency of the students. This is a self-learning programme offered to all students. STEP (Standardized Test for English Proficiency) is conducted for all the first year under graduate students to enrich their language skills (Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing).

The development of Life Skills imparts the positive behavior and interpersonal skills of the students. Life skills like Yoga, Self Defense workshop, Outbound training, Health and Hygiene related programs on various topics are educated to lead a qualitative life. Yoga is offered for all the students to improve the strength and flexibility of mind and body. The Department of Physical Education occupies a major role in taking care of physical fitness of the students. A gym is provided in the women’s hostel for the same. Additional training is provided for the outstanding players. Outbound training is given for the students to enhance the efficiency of students through experimental learning. Programs on Self Defense, Health and Hygiene are organized to make them more confident and to create awareness.

ICT/Computing skills are provided to educate and enrich student’s knowledge in the field of technology. It upgrades the students with the recent trends and development in technology. IIT Spoken Tutorial, Learnathan, Cloud Literacy and Digital Literacy are offered to them to build knowledge on current technologies.
