The Placement Assistance Cell (PAC@SB) is a well-structured platform designed by the college to provide the right orientation on various job opportunities available through reputable recruiters, to effectively train the candidates and to facilitate the entire recruitment process. The cell is focused on providing quality training to the students at all stages of recruitment. It conducts training sessions, mock interviews and group discussions, resume-building workshops, and provides guidance on career paths to ensure that our students are prepared for the recruitment process.

After the establishment of PAC in 2020, more than 1300 students (including MBA students) have been placed until 2024 through campus placement drives.Recruiters across the country find SB as a preferred destination of choice. St. Berchmans College is a breeding ground of ample opportunities for its students in attaining their career goals. Several prestigious organizations and companies regularly recruit students from the campus. Highly reputed companies like South Indian Bank, Federal Bank, HDFC Bank, KPMG, Capgemini, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Ernest & Young, Deloitte, Accenture, Infosys, Cognizant, Wipro, Sutherland, Allianz, UST Global, L&T, MRF, Yatnam technologies, episource, Transorze, acabes, experion etc regularly visit the college for recruiting young talents.
