SXUK has different types of air-conditioned classrooms which include Galleries, Amphitheatres, Halls of Fame and other classrooms.
The University provides Computer Lab facilities to its students. The MAC Lab is also there for the students of Department of Mass Communication.
SXUK has a research section, Library for departments of Law, Management and other UG and PG courses with lending and reading section (from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.)
St. Xavier's University, Kolkata has a Moot Court Hall named after Fr. Aelred Gomes, and a Legal Aid Clinic named as Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Legal Aid Clinic. Both are set up for imparting legal education, professional training and practice for the students of Xavier Law School.
The University has two hostels namely 'Tagore Niwas for Boys' and 'Mother Teresa Niwas for Girls' respectively with the capacity of 300 each.
