English requirements
Minimum English language proficiency requirements for international applicants at Bangor University:
- IELTS Academic: Minimum overall score of 6.0 (with no individual component below 5.5) for undergraduate programs, and 6.0 to 6.5 for postgraduate programs depending on the academic subject.
- TOEFL iBT: Minimum overall score of 75 to 80, with individual subscores meeting minimum skill thresholds.
- PTE Academic: Minimum overall score of 56 to 62 (with no communicative skill score below 51 to 55).
