Midwestern State University History
Midwestern State University was founded in 1922 and became a member of the Texas Tech University State System which has served many people worldwide. Later in 1937, the Wichita Falls Junior College had acquired a new campus with a size of 40 acres and was also renamed as the Hardin Junior College.
The Senior College Division had been added in 1946 and was altered to be named as Hardin College.
