The Headington campus, situated in a residential Oxford area, comprises three sites. The primary site on Gipsy Lane hosts various departments and features the £132m John Henry Brookes Building, inaugurated in 2014.

The Wheatley campus is situated in the Oxfordshire countryside, approximately seven miles southeast of the city centre. In August 2016, Oxford Brookes University inaugurated its Swindon campus in the town centre at the Delta Business Park. The new campus is equipped with facilities including a 185-seat lecture theatre, a library, social learning spaces, teaching rooms, and three clinical skills suites.
