‘If you have knowledge, let others light their candles at it’, is the adage, we at SLS-NOIDA believe in. With this perspective in our minds, we have created the Library as a centre of excellence and holistic learning. Symbiosis Law School Library is conveniently located in the Symbiosis Law School, NOIDA campus. It hosts a lavish and splendid area of 570 Square Meters with a seating capacity of around 160 learners. It houses a peaceful reading hall, research section for Mooter's Society, Online database search and research section with dedicated systems, issuance and references sections, book bank and a compilation room, with independent office space for Library in Charge and support staff. Library provides an innovative, comprehensive, information and learning environment to prepare students for responsible and productive lives in the legal profession.

The library is equipped with the best and the most updated electronic sources and technologies along with traditional print resources including vast collection of books, journals, periodicals and magazines.

Print Collection: The library has excellent assortment and expansive subject coverage of various national, foreign and comparative law dimensions entailing legal education. The library’s comprehensive print collection comprises of law treatises and documents including series of commentaries on law, reference collection, encyclopaedias, legal dictionaries, yearly digests etc.

The collection focusing major law subjects to support research and scholarship and have strong emphasis on Jurisprudence, Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Intellectual Property Rights, Cyber Laws, Human Rights, Public and Private International Law, Business Law, Economic Laws, Arbitration, Labour Laws, Environmental Law and many more.

Library supports and benefits learners through privilege of Text book Gifts: one for each course in every semester for the lifetime; Book Bank: one returnable text book for each course is provided for each semester; Home Lending: two books for 07 days; Reference Book: Single title copy of books for reading with in campus on library card; Study Material: Study material prepared by course in charge/s. It also houses special reference section of archive books so made available online by Online Library of Liberty. Non-print Collection (e-resources and e-database): The law school provides students with access to a wide range of legal databases. Database is technology based learning resource with access to reading and research material on various digital platforms such SCC Online, Manupatra, WestLaw India, Hein Online, JSTOR, ProQuest, Kluwer Database (Kluwer Arbitration, Kluwer Patent, and Kluwer Competition), Ebrary, CLA Online, LexisNexis, Emerald Management e-Journals and EBSCO, Litigation Documents, Moot Court Memorials, Course Books, Research Papers, and National & International Journals. While access to these databases is granted to all students, it is governed by licensing arrangements between the law school and the publishers. Downloading records may amount to infringement and it is advised that all students understand the best practices associated with these databases to circumvent any unjustified complications.
