TIMSR’s Placement Department enables summer internships and final placements through a structured, ISO 21001–aligned process that delivers a guided and personalized experience for students. Supported by a proactive Student Placement Committee, the institute collaborates closely with recruiters across BFSI, FMCG, IT/ITeS, Consulting, Manufacturing, and Real Estate, while expanding into emerging sectors such as FinTech, Cybersecurity, Analytics, EV, Green Energy, and Sustainability. Through continuous industry engagement, certifications, live projects, and experiential learning, TIMSR prepares students to succeed in evolving, future-ready roles.

The Summer Internship Program (SIP) and On-the-Job Training (OJT) Program bridge classroom learning with real-world business experience. Students undertake OJT during Semester II and progress to the Summer Internship at the end of Semester II, gaining hands-on exposure to organizational practices and industry expectations.
