The T&P cell functions as a bridge between academia and industry, operating since the institution's founding in 1953. From the very beginning, NIE lays greater emphasis on Industrial and Practical Training for engineering students, ensuring graduates are industry-ready from day one.

The Placement & Training department plays a vital role as a key department of the Institute, connecting students with 200+ recruiters annually and providing comprehensive career development support.
