Universal Group of Institutions (UGI), Lalru, successfully organized the Certificate Ceremony and Project Presentation for students who completed the In-House Summer Training Program conducted from 5th June to 17th July 2026 in collaboration with Techcadd IT Training & Solutions, Mohali. The six-week industry-oriented training program aimed to bridge the gap between academics and industry by equipping students with practical technical skills and hands-on learning experience.

The Training and Placement Cell plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between academic learning and industry requirements. It is dedicated to enhancing the employability skills of students and facilitating their smooth transition from campus to corporate life. The cell organizes various training programs focusing on communication skills, aptitude development, technical competencies, and interview preparation to make students industry-ready.

In addition to training, the cell coordinates campus recruitment drives, invites reputed organizations for placements, and shares job opportunities with eligible students. Pre-placement talks, mock interviews, and resume-building sessions are conducted regularly to prepare students for the recruitment process.
