Ques. Is there a refund policy at CEG Guindy with regard to provisional allotment?

Ans. An applicant who declines after the publication of Tentative Allotment OR an applicant who is not allotted a Branch during Provisional Allotment shall be eligible for 100% Refund of the Initial Deposit. After provisional allotment, an applicant who does not join the branch allotted shall be eligible for 80% of Refund of the initial deposit. The candidates eligible for refund should apply through the Web Portal (cfa.annauniv.edu/cfa) within six months from the date of counseling. The application for refund submitted beyond six months will not be considered.

Ques. Which cities will the Anna University MSc Entrance Exam be held in?

Ans. Anna University’s MSc Entrance Exam will be held in Chennai, Coimbatore, and Tiruchirappalli.

Ques. In case of two candidates getting the same rank in the MSc Entrance Exam, who will be granted admission?

Ans. In case more than one candidate has the same marks in the common rank list, inter-se rank among such candidates shall be determined in the order of priority as given below.

Ans. In cases where more than one candidate has got the same marks in the common merit list, the inter-se-merit among such candidates shall be determined in the order of priority as specified below.

Ques. What documents are required during the CEG Guindy admission process?

Ans. During the CEG Guindy admission process, candidates are required to submit documents such as Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets, Transfer Certificate, Permanent Community Certificate for eligible reserved category candidates of Tamil Nadu, Nativity Certificate (if applicable), and a Medical Certificate issued by the District Medical Board for Differently Abled candidates, if applicable.
