The candidate has to register on the Kerala State Counselling portal by visiting the official website https://cee.kerala.gov.in/main.php.  After successful registration at the portal, the candidate will get the Application Number and Password. These details will be used in future log-in at the website. Follow the steps mentioned below for the online application form procedure:
