- Candidates who have completed their 10 + 2 with 45% marks or more in any group are eligible to apply for B.A-LL.B and BBA-LL.B courses.
- B.Sc-LL.B. program requires a 10 + 2 pass in Science stream with at least 45% marks in aggregate.
- The candidates with B.A- LL.B / BBA-LL.B / B.Sc- LL.B or B.L degree are eligible to apply for the one-year LL.M program.
- An applicant seeking admission in the Ph.D. program must have a postgraduate degree from a recognized university or an M.Phil. in Law or a Master’s degree in any Social Science or allied discipline relevant to the field of research.
- The admission to Integrated Law, LL.M, and Ph.D. programs is based on candidates’ performance in the KIITEE examination conducted by KIIT.
- For admission in the Ph.D. course, the candidates have to undergo a personal interview round at the college level.
