Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology located in New Delhi was established in 1999 under the aegis of Shri Banarsidas Chandiwala Sewa Smarak Trust Society, a charitable Society working in the field of Health & Education since 1952. BCIHMCT is ranked among the Top Ten Hotel Management Colleges in the Country as per India Today - MDRA Survey in 2024.
BCIHMCT is the first Hotel Management Institute affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. BCIHMCT is accredited with NAAC A+ grade, an autonomous body under UGC, as a Quality Institution. The institute is approved by AICTE (All India Council of Technical Education) Ministry of HRD, Government of India.
