Nowadays, every B-school understands the importance of a balanced routine for student well-being. The IIM Rohtak campus offers a variety of amenities and facilities, including:
- Sports Infrastructure - The campus boasts a Sports Complex with facilities for Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton etc. There is also a well-maintained Swimming Pool.
- Indoor Activities- Plenty of board games are available, along with a Table Tennis Room.

For the PGP programme, they charged fees in installments. The fees for term 1 are INR 3,55,000, term 2 is INR 2,70,000 and term 3 is INR 2,70,000. The total fee for the entire first year is INR 8,95,000. The total cost of education is around INR 18,00,000 which includes Tuition Fees, Living Accommodation, Mess Facilities and entire Campus Facilities.
The alumni network plays a significant role in providing assistance and industry insights that are helpful in final placements. Alumni of IIM Rohtak are now working in various industries and organizations. We have a dedicated alumni connect committee that is responsible for conducting such sessions in which alumni share their experiences, knowledge and navigation to help current students navigate the recruitment process and make their decisions wisely.
Apart from these our alumni committee also conducts sessions on panel discussions, alumni mentorship programs, company insights and interview tips to crack placement processes. Alumni from their respective specializations who are currently working in their domain sometimes conduct mock interviews based on the real interview questions they faced during their interview process.
Many companies from various sectors like Consulting, Finance, FMCG, Operations etc. Top-notch companies like Schindler, Deloitte, TATA Steel, and Tribeca come here for recruitment, offering packages ranging from INR 20-24 LPA. Some banks like ICICI Bank, IndusInd Bank, Bandhan Bank, Kotak Mahindra, and Axis Bank also target finance specialization students for recruitment, offering packages ranging from 25-30 LPA.
Yes, IIM Rohtak provides placement readiness training and initiatives to help students in securing placements or their desired jobs. A dedicated committee, formed by the director, is responsible for looking over such sessions, including Pre-placement Workshops, Mock Interviews, Mock Group Discussions, Industry Interaction Sessions etc. Additionally, the Institute undertakes additional initiatives, such as Industrial Visits, Discussions on Live Projects, Mentorship Programs etc. A dedicated Career Development Cell (CDC) to help students with their Career Planning and Placements.

In the Consulting sector, top consulting firms/companies like McKinsey, Boston Consulting Group, EY etc. are regulars at IIM Rohtak. For the Finance specialization, several leading banks, financial institutions and many investment firms have come here for Recruitment and Summer Internships. For the Marketing specialization, big FMCG giants like Hindustan Unilever, various e-commerce companies like Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart and various advertising agencies are directly recruited from here.
For BBA.LLB course no batch has yet graduated, and the first batch to graduate is in their last academic year. We are expecting placements to start early this year, and after the graduation of our final batch, we will get a fair idea about the packages to be offered. Although IIM already has well-established placement records for other courses, it is expected to be the same for the law course
The faculty are graduates from top-notch universities and are very approachable during working hours for academic doubts and queries. The faculty-student relationships are mature and professional. The law professors give not only the bookish experience to the students but also prepare them for the corporate world. The course of the trimester nature and there will be two exams per semester, and then an internship break will also be given during the particular academic year.
The overall experience of campus life is good. The infrastructure facilities provided, like the library, gym, and indoor or outdoor sports rooms, give space to students apart from academics. There are cultural and sports clubs that organise events for students during festivals and fests. Sports events are organized between batches and other extracurricular activities are also offered during the academic year.
The mess menu is predecided for a whole season, the food provided is clean and safe to eat and drink, and as per norms. The mess is open for 4 meals a day at particular timings. The hostel and mess fees are affordable and true to the value of money.
