ESIC Medical College, Gulbarga, is a government medical college affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS). It is popular with the name Employees State Insurance Corporation Medical College and Hospital, Gulbarga.The college is approved by the Medical Council of India and the National Medical Commission. It is a government institution established in the year 2013 and situated over an area of 50.26 acres.

ESIC Medical College Gulbarga offers MBBS, BDS, and BSc Nursing at the undergraduate level. Admission to UG courses is based on NEET UG score followed by state-level counselling. For the undergraduate program, 15% of seats are reserved under the All India quota, while 85% are reserved under the State quota. ESIC Medical College Gulbarga also offers MD/MS at postgraduate levels based on scores obtained in NEET PG. Students clearing the NEET examination must undergo a Karnataka State-level counselling conducted by KEA. Candidates undergoing MBBS are offered a stipend of INR 20,000 during their rotary internship.
