Eligibility Criteria
- Be a national of an ADB borrowing member country (including India)
- Have a bachelor's degree or its equivalent with superior academic record
- Have at least two years of full-time professional work experience (acquired after a university degree) at the time of application
- Be 35 years old or under at the time of application
- Agree to return to his/her home country after completion of studies under the Program
