DU JAT 2024 Status
DU JAT has been replaced with CUET UG 2024. Candidates can appear for CUET UG 2024 without any age restriction.
CUET UG 2024 eligibility criteria require clearing class 10+2 or equivalent in relevant fields. NRI and foreign candidates can also apply for the CUET UG 2024 examination.
Eligibility Criteria
CUET UG 2024 eligibility criteria have been set along with the official brochure. There is no age limit for appearing in the exam, and candidates of any age can be admitted to Delhi University.
Educational Qualifications
Candidates must have cleared class 10+2 or equivalent in relevant fields to sit for CUET UG 2024. No qualifying marks have been set for the exam.
A minimum of 50% aggregate marks in class 10+2 is advised to be on the safer side. Candidates with a Diploma degree accredited by AICTE or a State board of technical education of at least 3 years can also appear.
Domicile Criteria
Indian candidates are eligible to apply for CUET UG 2024. The exam is also open for NRI and foreign nationals.
CUET UG 2024 will be held in 380 cities, including 26 cities outside India.
List of Qualifying Examinations
The following examinations are accepted as qualifying for CUET UG 2024:
- Final examination of the 10+2 system conducted by any recognized Central or State Board, such as the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi, or the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, New Delhi
- Intermediate or two-year Pre-University examination conducted by a recognized Board or University
- Final examination of the two-year course of the Joint Services Wing of the National Defence Academy
- Senior Secondary School Examination conducted by the National Institute of Open Schooling with a minimum of five subjects
- Any Public School, Board, or University examination in India or any foreign country recognized as equivalent to the 10+2 system by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU)
- Higher Secondary Certificate Vocational Examination
- A Diploma recognized by AICTE or a State board of technical education of at least 3 years duration
- General Certificate Education (GCE) examination (London, Cambridge, or Sri Lanka) at the Advanced (A) level
- High School Certificate Examination of the Cambridge University or International Baccalaureate Diploma of the International Baccalaureate Office, Geneva
- Candidates who completed Class 12 (or equivalent) outside India or from a Board not specified above must produce a certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) confirming equivalence to the Class 12 Examination
- If the Class 12 Examination is not a public examination, the candidate must have passed at least one public (Board or Pre-University) examination earlier

Exam Schedule and Registration
CUET UG 2024 exam is scheduled from May 15 to May 31, 2024. This year, CUET UG registration seems to exceed last year's number, which was 1,499,790.
Delhi University Admission Process through CUET PG 2024
Delhi University 2024 admissions will begin after the CUET UG 2024 results are declared. The results are scheduled to be declared on June 30, 2024.
Eligible candidates will have to apply online for counselling. The cut-off list will be prepared based on the rank secured in the CUET UG 2024 exam.
Delhi University Counselling through CUET PG 2024
Delhi University 2024 counselling will be conducted in three rounds. The counselling will be held online as spot counselling will be difficult to arrange.
Candidates must submit all documents for verification and lock their choices according to their rank. Any further communication from the authoring body will be sent through the dashboard.

DU JAT has been replaced by CUET UG 2024. The registration process for CUET UG 2024 is over.
The CUET UG 2024 form correction facility will remain open from April 06 to April 08, 2024 (till 11:50 PM). Total registration for CUET UG 2024 is expected to increase from last year’s count of 1499790.

Only students who have filled their CUET UG 2024 application form correctly are eligible to edit. Candidates must log in with their registration ID, date of birth, or password before proceeding with the correction process.

How to Fill DU JAT (CUET UG) 2024 Application Form?
The CUET UG 2024 application form filling schedule ended on April 05, 2024. The registration process involves several steps that candidates must follow in order.
Step 1 - Creating an Account
Candidates must first create an account on the official website. The account creation process requires a login ID and OTP verification.
- First visit the official website, exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG
- Now click on “CUET UG Registration’ link
- Choose any of the 6 options for creating a login ID (Aadhaar Card number, PAN Card number, Indian or Non-Indian Passport number, Digilocker Account, ABC ID)
- Enter your mobile number followed with an OTP verification
- After completing the OTP verification, create a strong password and enter the security captcha code
Step 2 - Filling up CUET UG Application Form
Once the Login ID and Password are created, candidates need to log in to their account. The following details must be filled in the application form.

DU JAT has been replaced with CUET UG 2024. The exam is conducted in hybrid mode, either on a computer (CBT) or via OMR sheet.
The CUET UG 2024 question paper is set in 13 different languages. The exam includes questions from Language, Domain Specific subjects, and General Test.

Syllabus
CUET UG 2024 Syllabus for Delhi University Admission
CUET UG 2024 exam is accepted for admission into Delhi University. The syllabus for BMS, BBA (Financial Investment Analysis), and BA (Hons) in Business Economics is said to be 50% similar to Class 12 level topics.
The syllabus for these courses includes language sections. Candidates must appear for the Mathematics/Applied Mathematics paper from the domain-specific subject list. The General Test paper is also necessary.

Delhi University Joint Admission Test (DU JAT) Syllabus
The Delhi University Joint Admission Test (DU JAT) syllabus is divided into two main sections: Section B1 (Mathematics) and Section B2 (Applied Mathematics). Each section contains multiple units with specific topics.
Section B1 (Mathematics) Syllabus

Exam Dates
DU JAT has been replaced with CUET UG 2024 exam for admission into BMS, BBA (FIA), and B.A (Hons.) in Business Economics courses. CUET UG 2024 exam date is from May 15 to May 31, 2024. CUET UG 2024 application form correction process will remain open from April 06 to April 08, 2024. CUET UG 2024 exam will be conducted in two or three shifts each day.
You can download respective CUET UG 2024 admit card after successful registration in the second week of May 2024. The exact dates will be announced later and will also be updated here as soon as it gets declared. However, you can expect it atleast 2-3 days back from the day of the commencement of the exam.
CUET UG 2024 result announcement date is June 30, 2024. The preliminary answer key will be released before the publication of the result. CUET UG 2024 preliminary answer key is expected to be released in June 2024. Based on reviewing challenged answers with INR 200 per response, CUET UG 2024 final answer key will be released.
