Applications are invited from the candidates for the post of ” Senior Research Fellow Defence Research and Development Organisation Research and Development Establishment (Engrs), Alandi Road, Kalas, Pune – 411015 Government Of India – Ministry of Defence Applications are invited from the candidates for the post of ” Senior Research Fellow (P)” fulfilling the following terms and conditions. 1. Senior Research GFellow (P) : 01 ( One Post ) Qualification : Essential : Post Graduate Degree in Engg/Technology in the discipline of Mech Engg/Civil Engg/Aero Engg infirst division, both at Graduate and Post-Graduate levels. Desirable : Experience in Numerical / Analytical Modelling and experimental study of Ballistic impact on Composites. 2. Senior Research Fellow (P) : 01 ( One post) Qualification : Essential : Post Graduate Degree in Engg/ Technology in the discipline of Mech Engg/Civil Engg/Aero Engg in first division , both at Graduate and Post-Graduate levels Desirable : Experience in (i) Damage detection in composites (ii) Neural Networks (iii) Lamb wave based Non-Destructive Evaluation. (ii) Stipend : a) Rs.9500/- p.m. + HRA for 1st and 2 nd year (b) Rs.10,000/- p.m. + HRA for subsequent year (If retained as SRF(P) (iii) Age Limit : 18 to 32 years ( as on 01 May 2004). Upper age limit shall be relaxable upto 05 years for SC/ST candidates & 03 years for OBC. Duration : The initial offer shall be for two yers which may be extended after assessment of performance of candidate.
