NTPC Scholarship Scheme 2015 NTPC Limited, Maharatna and India?s number 1 power generation company, invites applications for grant of 30 Scholarships under NTPC Scholarship Scheme for meritorious Schedule Caste/ Schedule Tribe/ Physically Challenged students, who are pursuing MBA/PGDBM in HR/Finance or General Management from IIMs/XLRI/FMS, and have successfully passed their first year examinations ( 1st & 2nd semester) in first attempt in academic year 2014-15 and are in 2nd year in academic year 2015-16. NTPC SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME FOR SC/ST/PC STUDENTS PURSUING MBA/PGDBM COURSE FROM SPECIFIED INSTITUTES (30 SCHOLARSHIPS PER YEAR ) SALIENT FEATURES Applicable to : SC/ST/PC students pursuing Full time MBA / PGDBM in General Management/HR / Finance Specified Institutes : IIMs, XILRI, FMS. Amount & Duration : Rs. 4000/- P.M. for 24 months Eligibility SC/ST/PC students in their 2nd year of study in the academic year 2015-16 and having 60% marks in the 1st year / 1st and 2nd semester examinations (If the Institutes award letter grade (CGPA), they may be converted to %age / Mention the conversion formula to percentage for screening the application on % basis.). Students availing of scholarship / financial assistance/stipend from any other institute need not apply. How to Apply : Students can obtain the Application formats from the Head of the Institution or his authorized representative. The application form can also be downloaded from NTPC website www.ntpc.co.in./notices. The application duly filled along with Caste/Disability Certificate, as the case may be, should be submitted, along with attested copies of mark sheets of the 1st year (annual / semester examinations) to the Head of the Institution.
