The present academic complex spread over 5 acres, has spacious and air-conditioned lecture halls, a state of- the-art computer centre, a modern library, multiple conference rooms and an auditorium with a seating capacity of 600 persons. The complex also provides comfortable accommodation to students in hostels and to visitors in well furnished air-conditioned guest-rooms. The infrastructure facilitates the institute's often stated aim of nurturing the future generation of business managers.

Other facilities at CMD include meditation, swimming pool, martial art, and yoga sessions, indoor and outdoor games facilities to improve the intellectual strength and self-confidence of students. The Institute has an air-conditioned gymnasium which is fully equipped with ultra modern gadgets.

Institute has a state-of-the-art computer centre equipped with over 180 individual nodes with high speed processors on LAN having Window Operating System and an IBM AS400 server. The computer centre also has 90 mbps high speed internet connectivity using RF Technology, VSat, enabling the faculty and students to link up with the outside world uninterruptedly. The wi-fi access points throughout the campus extend the learning experience and opportunity beyond the confines of classroom. The computer network is complemented with a host of ink-jet and laser printers, scanner and other support peripherals.

CMD, Modinagar possesses one of the best infrastructures across all b-schools in North India. The institute continuously modernizes its games & other recreational facilities adding new individual and team sporting arenas to facilitate and foster overall development of the sporting spirit among the Student community.
