AIEED 2025 Registration

AIEED registration is open till November 1, 2025, on the official website aieed.com. The AIEED exam is scheduled till December 20, 2025.

The AIEED application fee is INR 3000 for all candidates. The fee can be paid online or through a demand draft. Candidates can appear for the exam in online mode.

What is AIEED?

AIEED 2025, or All India Entrance Exam for Design, is a national level entrance examination. It is conducted by ARCH Academy of Design for admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate designing courses.

AIEED 2025 Eligibility

All applicants must follow the eligibility criteria before applying for AIEED 2025 Examination.

• Aspiring candidates must pass class 12 from a recognized school board.
• Candidates appearing in class 11 can also apply.
• For PG courses, candidates must be a graduate degree holder from a recognized university and institute.
• Candidates appearing for the final year examination of graduation can also apply.
• All candidates above the age of 16 years are eligible to apply.
• Candidates having a valid NATA Score / AIEEE rank can appear for the interview only and are exempted from appearing the entrance test.
• Reservation of seats under various SC, ST, PC, Defense, NRI, etc. will be as per the norms and regulations of the college.

How to Fill AIEED 2025 Application Form

The AIEED 2025 Application Form is available on the official website of AIEED or ARCH Academy of Design.

Follow these steps carefully to fill the AIEED 2025 Application Form:

• Visit the website www.archedu.org or www.aieed.com
• Search for "Application for AIEED 2025" on the home page
• Click on it. You will be directed to a new page
• Register on the site
• On successful completion of registering, you will receive an email/sms
• Next step is to fill the application form with all the necessary details
• Keep ready scanned passport-sized photograph and scanned marksheets of class 10, 12 and graduation
• All these should be uploaded with the form
• Take a printout of it
• Pay the application fee and submit the form online

AIEED Application Fee

The cost of the application form is INR 3000. One can pay the application fee either using Debit/Credit Card or net banking.

Applicants can also pay through Demand Draft. The Demand Draft should have your name and phone number at the back. The DD should be drawn in favour of "Arch Educational Society" payable at Jaipur.

The DD along with the application form, photographs and mark sheets should reach the following address:

Application Receipt and Acknowledgment

Once the institute receives your completed application form with payment, an auto-generated email will be sent to you indicating your successful completion of application and payment.

In addition to the email, you will also receive your receipt, prospectus and sample guidebook by courier at the address mentioned in the form.

Documents Required

Keep ready scanned 1 MB passport size photograph and scanned mark sheets of class 10, 12, and graduation.

Corrections After Form Submission

No corrections are allowed once the application form is submitted. Candidates cannot change the mode of examination after submission without valid reasons.

For a valid reason, a candidate can request a change by writing to admission@archedu.org at least 5 days before the exam date. The ARCH management has full authority to grant or refuse the request. If accepted, the candidate will be informed by mail only.

Application Process for NRI/Foreign Nationals

Foreign Nationals and NRI candidates must submit specific documents along with the Application form. The required documents are:

• An attested copy of the relevant pages of passport
• Equivalence Certificate issued by the concerned Embassy validating the educational qualifications of the candidate
• Attested copy indicating the proof of status of NRI/Foreign National
• NRI/Foreign Nationals can only make the payment of Application fee through DD. Demand Draft of $ 75 in favor of "ARCH Educational Society", payable at Jaipur. It must be sent to the ARCH office mentioned before.

Parameters of Selection

The AIEED 2025 Selection Procedure involves different parameters for final selection of candidates. These include the AIEED 2017 exam result (NATA Score), previous performance in education, and performance in Interview and portfolio.

What is the Portfolio?

A portfolio needs to be shared with the conducting authority in advance. It is a collection of any previous creative work done by the candidate.

This includes illustrations, photographs, sketches, essays, prose, and even films and slideshows that can be shown on a mobile phone. A portfolio shows the candidate's interests and abilities.

Passport Photograph Specifications

One scanned passport size photograph of the candidate is required for online submission of forms. The photograph must be 1 MB in size and in jpg/jpeg format.

AIEED Admit Card

Candidates can download their AIEED 2025 admit card before 7 days of the examination. The admit card can be obtained using the email ID or control number and password.

AIEED Result 2025 Declaration

The AIEED 2025 Result will be declared through online mode only. Results are declared after seven days of the examination.
