AP DEECET 2024 Exam Highlights
AP DEECET 2024 is a single online exam conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode. The question paper has 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs).
Each question carries 1 mark, and there is no negative marking for wrong answers. The total time given to complete the exam is 2 hours and 30 minutes.
The paper is divided into two parts: Part A and Part B. Part A is for 60 marks, and Part B is for 40 marks.
In Part B, candidates can choose one subject from Mathematics, Physical Science, Biological Science, and Social Studies. The question paper is bilingual, offered in English-Telugu, English-Urdu, English-Tamil, English-Kannada, and English-Oria.
The syllabus for Part A is based on classes 6th to 9th of the A.P. S level. The syllabus for Part B is based on two years of the Board of Intermediate Education.

AP DEECET 2024 Exam Pattern
AP DEECET 2024 requires 5 different streams of subjects to be studied with English as the compulsory language. The online test is conducted in both Tamil and English.
The examination contains objective type questions based on the latest syllabus. Part 1 carries 60 marks, whereas Part 2 consists of 40 marks.

AP DEECET 2024 Marking Scheme
The AP DEECET question paper comprises 100 objective type questions. For each correct answer, the candidate is awarded 1 mark.
There is no negative marking for any answer attempted wrong or left un-attempted. The question paper will be in English/Tamil medium.
AP DEECET 2024 Syllabus
AP DEECET 2024 will comprise two sections: Part A and Part B. Part A will consist of general sections, and Part B questions will be based on the opted specialization.
