CHSE Odisha Preparation Tips

CHSE Odisha Preparation Tips

Preparation tips for CHSE Odisha Students are given below:

  • If there is some trouble in understanding any of the concepts, always take support from professors, friends, parents; don’t try to memorise it blindly.
  • Create a separate list of critical formulas, and revise them regularly. Keeping them in one place in an organized manner will help you to recollect them every now and then.
  • Focus on following the basic concepts and recalling the details afterwards.
  • Try to practise your own responses so that you don’t have to rely on the memorised responses.
  • Create a plan for learning and try to stick to it as much as possible. In the time frame, this will help you cover all the subjects and maintain a balance between the subjects. Offer more time to the demanding chapters.
  • Study subject-wise so that before the examination you can review all the chapters of each of the subjects.
  • Complete the syllabus of all the subjects and concentrate mostly on the books prescribed.
  • Please keep a check on all that you have learnt every twice a week, this will help you to remember all the important topics.
  • Study sample papers from the previous years as it will help you recognise the patterns, the vulnerable areas and will assist you in managing time.
  • Find the right place and right time to study- Everyone has a comfort zone of their own. Hence, find and stick to a study room and a routine study time which works for you. You should be relaxed, comfortable and distraction free in your study room.
  • Every Day Study- Make it your habit to regularly study. Every day, learning makes you easily understand things. It also helps you to escape the last-minute cramming and the anxiety that it accompanies. An hour or two, at night maybe enough to keep you ahead of your studies at the beginning of the session. But, as exams are approaching, you would need to prepare more each day.
  • Discover your own style of learning- Each learner has their own learning methods. Generally, acoustic learners learn by hearing, while visual learners learn by seeing. Get to know your style of learning and get to know your preferred style and analysis.
  • Revise and Check- You can go back and revise the stuff you have learnt at least once a week ago. Frequent revision will help you understand the concepts and when you need them the most, help you remember the material.
  • Ask for help- Do not hesitate to ask for help if you are stuck with something. Chat about concepts with your teachers which you don’t understand. You can take your parents’ support as well as engage in group study methods with your friends.
