GCSET Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility depends on the level of the programme applied for. Candidates applying to undergraduate computing courses are expected to have passed class 12 or an equivalent examination from a recognised board, normally with mathematics or computer science among the subjects studied, and students awaiting their class 12 result may usually apply subject to confirmation. Candidates applying to postgraduate computing courses are expected to hold a bachelor's degree from a recognised university in a relevant discipline, with final-year students allowed to apply provisionally in many cycles. The minimum qualifying marks, subject combinations, any age condition and the documents required at admission are specified in the official notification issued by the conducting body, and candidates must confirm these before registering.
