GUJCET 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the GUJCET 2025 eligibility criteria to appear for the exam. These conditions cover nationality, domicile, and academic qualifications. Fulfilling these requirements is necessary to take the exam and apply for admission to science and pharmacy diploma or certification programs.

To be eligible, a candidate must pass Class 12 in the Science stream. Students from CBSE-affiliated schools can also apply, provided the school is located in Gujarat.

GUJCET 2025 Domicile Rules

Applicants must satisfy the domicile rules listed below to be eligible for GUJCET 2025.

  • Domicile Rule 1: The applicant must be a permanent resident of Gujarat state.
  • Domicile Rule 2: The candidate must have completed Class 10 and Class 12 from the Gujarat Board. Students who passed these classes from the CBSE board are also eligible, but their school must be located in Gujarat.
  • Domicile Rule 3: Candidates who studied Class 10 and Class 12 in schools located in Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Daman, and Diu are also eligible. However, their parents or guardians must be of Gujarat origin.
