HITSEEE 2024 Exam Pattern
The HITSEEE 2024 exam pattern is released by HITS (Hindustan Institute of Technology & Science Engineering). The paper contains 120 multiple choice questions.
The exam is conducted in online mode. Candidates get 2 hours (120 minutes) to answer all questions.
Questions are based on Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics up to Class 12 standard. The paper is divided into 3 parts, one for each subject.

Selection Procedure
Selection is based on performance in the engineering entrance examination. Only applicants who meet the cut-off are called for the admission process.
The selection process depends on the marks scored in the entrance exam. Applicants must clear the HITSEEE 2024 Selection Process to get admission.
The result will be announced on the official website after the entrance examination.
HITSEEE 2024 Exam Paper Important Instructions
Candidates must follow the instructions given below on the exam day. These instructions are also mentioned in the admit card.
- A separate system is allotted to each candidate. Candidates must check their system number displayed at the entrance before entering the exam room.
- Candidate details such as name and photograph will be displayed on the screen of the allotted system. Candidates must ensure they occupy the right system.
- Candidates must enter the Username and Password given in the admit card to log into the system.
- Candidates should read instructions carefully. Complete exam-related information, including number of questions and marking scheme, will be mentioned.
- Click on "I am ready to begin" to start the exam on time.
- The timer on the screen shows the time left to complete the test.
- Candidates can click a question number in the Question Palette on the right of the screen to go directly to that question.
- Only one answer out of the four options is correct. Click the circle button in front of the option to select the answer.
- To change an answer, click the circle button of another option. To cancel the chosen answer, click the clear button.
- Click the Save and Next button to save an answer. Otherwise, the answer will not be saved.
- Click Mark for Review and Next to mark an answer for review. An answered question marked for review will be considered in evaluation.
- The Submit button will not be available until the exam time is complete. The system will automatically submit the test after Exam Closure time.
- At the end, the exam summary will display Subject Name, number of questions answered, not answered, marked for review, and not visited.
- Confirm the summary by clicking the 'Yes' button.
