Application Fee
The total application fee for ITM NEST 2024 is INR 1100. This includes an application fee amount of INR 1000 and an INR 100 registration fee.
Payment of INR 1000 can be made in both online and offline modes. The application form can be obtained against a cash payment of INR 1000 from the Counseling Cell, ITM University, Gwalior. Alternatively, a Demand Draft for INR 1000 drawn in favor of 'ITM University', payable at Gwalior, can be sent.

How to Fill ITM NEST 2024 Application Form
Candidates can apply for ITM NEST 2024 through online or offline modes. The application form is available on the official website itmuniversity.ac.in.
For JEE Main and GATE
- A notice will be published by the IITs for the examination year, after which application forms will be officially released.
- The link will be accessible on the official JEE / GATE – JAM website.
- Applicants must submit the filled form with attached photographs and photocopies of marks cards within the given time period.
- The ITM NEST 2024 application form can be obtained against a cash payment of INR 1000 from the Counseling Cell, ITM University, Gwalior.

For ITM University Online
- Visit the official website of the university and go to the Admissions tab.
- The form can be downloaded free of charge from the website, then submitted with a DD of INR 1000 to the specified address.
- The form can also be filled online and submitted with online payment of the application fee.
For ITM University Offline
- The form can be obtained from the Counselling Cell of the university for a fee of INR 1000, to be paid through DD.
- The form must be filled correctly with all necessary details. Incomplete forms will not be considered.
- In all cases, the Application Form must be sent with a DD of INR 1000 for application and INR 11000 for registration, along with photocopies of documents as cited in the application form.

ITM NEST 2024 Application Form FAQs
Do I need to send academic records with the application form?
Yes, it is advised to send self-attested photocopies of academic records and identity proof with the application form. This is not required for online submission mode.
Is there category-based relaxation in qualifying marks?
No. ITM University does not provide any relaxation in minimum qualifying marks based on the applicant's category.
Can a non-resident of Madhya Pradesh apply?
Yes. Any applicant can apply for ITM NEST 2024 and study any desired programme, regardless of their state of residence.
Can I apply if my Class 12 result is not declared yet?
Yes, you can apply for ITM NEST. However, admission is finalised only after producing the certificate or mark sheet of the qualifying exam. The result must meet the eligibility criteria. Candidature will be rejected if the certificate is not produced, regardless of ITM NEST 2024 performance.
Is there any relaxation in the application fee?
No. ITM University has not proposed any waiver or relaxation in the ITM NEST 2024 application fee. The application fee is INR 1000 and the registration fee is INR 100 for all applicants in any category.
Can I change my engineering branch or course later?
Yes. The engineering branch and institution can be changed if seats are available in the desired branch and institution before the academic session begins.

ITM NEST 2024 Exam Day Instructions
Certain items are banned inside the exam hall. These include textual material, bits of paper, geometry box, pen pouch, writing pad, log table, and electronic pen.
All electronic devices are strictly prohibited. This includes pen drives, mobile phones, and calculators.
