KLEU AIET 2026 Scorecard Details
Your KLEU AIET 2026 scorecard is the official document that certifies your performance and rank. KAHER requires it at every stage of the admission process — counselling registration, document verification, and seat acceptance. It is not a provisional slip; treat it like a certificate and keep multiple copies.
| Detail on Scorecard | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Candidate Name | As entered in the application form |
| Application / Roll Number | Unique ID assigned at registration |
| Date of Birth | As per application |
| Exam Round | Round 1 or Round 2 |
| Category | General / OBC-NCL / SC / ST / EWS / PwD |
| Subject-wise Marks | Separate marks for Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Aptitude |
| Total Score | Out of 100 (sum of all four sections) |
| All India Rank (AIR) | Merit position among all KLEU AIET 2026 candidates |
| Qualifying Status | Qualified / Not Qualified for counselling |
Check every printed detail the moment you download the scorecard — particularly your name, date of birth, roll number, and category. If anything is wrong, report it to KAHER at info@kledeemeduniversity.edu.in before the counselling window opens. Corrections after counselling begins are difficult and can hold up your admission.
KLEU AIET 2026 Qualifying Marks
To be eligible for KAHER counselling, you need to clear two separate thresholds — one based on your 10+2 performance and one based on your AIET score. Both must be satisfied. A high AIET score does not make up for failing the academic eligibility criterion, and vice versa.
Academic Eligibility (10+2 level, per Pharmacy Council of India norms):
KLEU AIET 2026 Qualifying Criteria
KLEU AIET 2026 has two sets of qualifying criteria: minimum 10+2 aggregate marks and a score-based cutoff in the AIET itself. Both must be met to proceed to counselling.
The minimum 10+2 aggregate requirement depends on the category and the programme applied for. The table below lists the required percentages for each category and programme.
| Category | Minimum 10+2 Aggregate (PCB or PCM) | Applicable Programmes |
|---|---|---|
| General / EWS | 45% | B.Pharm, PharmD, D.Pharm |
| SC / ST / PwD | 40% | B.Pharm, PharmD, D.Pharm |
| General / EWS | 50% in PCB; valid GNM registration required | PB B.Sc. Nursing |
| SC / ST / PwD | 45% in PCB; valid GNM registration required | PB B.Sc. Nursing |
Score-Based Qualifying Cutoff for AIET 2026
KAHER announces the minimum qualifying AIET score along with the result. Students at or above this cutoff are declared "Qualified" on the scorecard and can register for counselling.
The cutoff shifts each year based on exam difficulty and the number of candidates who appeared. For 2026, the category-wise qualifying cutoff scores are listed below.
| Category | Minimum Qualifying Score — AIET 2026 (out of 100) |
|---|---|
| General / EWS | 50 (50%) |
| OBC-NCL | 45 (45%) |
| SC | 40 (40%) |
| ST | 40 (40%) |
| PwD | 40 (40%) |
Your scorecard already tells you whether you have qualified — look for the Qualifying Status field. If it reads "Qualified", you are eligible to register for counselling.
The official category-wise cutoff notification is published by KAHER on kledeemeduniversity.edu.in alongside the result.
Subject-Wise Minimum Marks Requirement
KAHER specifies qualifying marks as an overall percentage, not subject-wise. For General category students, you need 50 out of 100 in total — there is no separate cut-off per subject.
Your marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Aptitude all add up to your total, and only the total is compared to the qualifying threshold.
KLEU AIET 2026 Merit List and Toppers
KAHER releases the final combined merit list after both Round 1 and Round 2 results are available. The Round 1 merit list is a preliminary ranking; the definitive list — which drives counselling seat allotment — merges scores from both rounds and ranks all candidates together.
Here is how KAHER prepares the merit list:
- All candidates from Round 1 and Round 2 are ranked together based on total AIET score out of 100.
- If two candidates score the same total, the one with higher marks in Biology ranks higher.
- If Biology marks are also equal, the older candidate (by date of birth) gets the better rank.
- Separate category-wise merit lists (General, OBC-NCL, SC, ST, EWS, PwD) are prepared alongside the main list.
- Programme-specific lists are drawn from the main merit list based on applied course preference.
| Topper Detail | KLEU AIET 2026 |
|---|---|
| AIR 1 (Overall Topper) | To be updated from KAHER official announcement |
| AIR 1 Score | To be updated |
| Highest Score in Round 1 | To be updated |

| Category-wise Rank 1 — OBC-NCL | To be updated |

Individual scorecards for Round 1 candidates are live now. KAHER will publish the complete combined merit list — including topper names, category-wise qualifying statistics, and total qualified candidate counts — on kledeemeduniversity.edu.in after Round 2 concludes. Check the official website for the merit list PDF.
What After KLEU AIET Result 2026
Once the final combined merit list is published after Round 2, KAHER will release the counselling schedule on kledeemeduniversity.edu.in. Counselling is held offline at the KAHER campus in Belagavi — you have to be physically present.
Step 1 — Counselling Registration: Candidates whose scorecard shows "Qualified" register online through the KAHER portal within the announced window. KAHER charges a registration fee at this stage — the amount is specified in the counselling notification.
Step 2 — Choice Filling and Locking: You list your programme preferences (B.Pharm, PharmD, D.Pharm, etc.) and college preferences from KLE group institutions. Choices are locked before seat allotment — think carefully before you submit.
Step 3 — Seat Allotment: KAHER allots seats based on merit rank, category, and locked choices. The allotment letter is uploaded to your candidate portal account. If you accept the seat, you move to the next step; if not, the seat goes to the next candidate on the list.
Step 4 — Reporting and Document Verification: Report to the KAHER campus in Belagavi on the date in your allotment letter. Bring all original documents — the team does on-the-spot verification before confirming your seat and collecting fees.
Documents Required for KLEU AIET 2026 Counselling
Carry all original documents along with self-attested photocopies to the counselling venue. Keep the documents in a single file for easy verification.
- KLEU AIET 2026 Scorecard — colour printout
- KLEU AIET 2026 Admit Card
- Class 10 mark sheet and passing certificate (original + self-attested photocopy)
- Class 12 mark sheet and passing certificate (original + self-attested photocopy)
- Category certificate — OBC-NCL / SC / ST / EWS / PwD (if applicable; must be current and valid)
- Character certificate from the last institution attended
- Transfer / Migration certificate (required if board is outside Karnataka)
- Passport-size photographs — 6 to 8 recent copies
- Government ID proof — Aadhaar card, PAN card, or Passport

Counselling Rounds and Seat Allocation
KAHER typically holds two counselling rounds. Any seats still vacant after Round 2 may go into a spot round.
Do not skip a round just because your rank looks borderline. Seats often free up as Round 1 allottees withdraw, and your chances in a later round may be better than you expect.

Counselling is offline. You have to be physically present at the KAHER campus in Belagavi with all original documents.
KAHER may allow online choice filling and registration before the in-person reporting date. The exact process is explained in the official counselling schedule published on kledeemeduniversity.edu.in.

Your scorecard will clearly show "Qualified" or "Not Qualified". That status tells you whether you are eligible for counselling without needing to calculate separately.
Do I need a NEET score for KLEU AIET-based admission?
No. KLEU AIET governs admission to KAHER's management-controlled seats in pharmacy, nursing, and allied health programmes. Your AIET rank is the sole factor for counselling through this route — NEET scores are not required or considered.
NEET is a separate requirement for MBBS and BDS admissions at KAHER's medical college, which follow a different process entirely.
When will KLEU AIET 2026 counselling start?
KAHER will announce the counselling schedule after Round 2 results are declared, which is expected in August 2026. Based on the 2024 pattern — where Round 2 results came on August 1 — counselling typically runs through August and September.
Keep checking kledeemeduniversity.edu.in for the official counselling notification with dates, fees, and document requirements.
What should I do if there is an error in my KLEU AIET 2026 scorecard?
Report it immediately to KAHER before the counselling window opens. Email info@kledeemeduniversity.edu.in with your application number and details of the error, or call +91-831-244-4444.
Carry supporting documents (ID proof, 10+2 certificate) as evidence. Errors flagged after counselling begins are much harder to fix and can delay your admission.
What if I do not qualify in KLEU AIET 2026?
If you do not qualify, you will not be eligible for counselling through the AIET route. You may explore other admission options at KAHER or other institutions as per their respective eligibility criteria.
What to Do If Your KLEU AIET Scorecard Shows "Not Qualified"
If your scorecard shows "Not Qualified", you are not eligible for KAHER's AIET-based counselling this cycle. You may still be able to appear in Round 2 if KAHER allows fresh participation.
Check the Round 2 notification carefully for details. For the next academic cycle, you can apply again and appear for KLEU AIET 2027.
KAHER's admissions office can also guide you on alternative routes available within KLE group colleges.
Validity of the KLEU AIET 2026 Merit List
The KLEU AIET 2026 merit list is valid only for the 2026–27 academic session. Your rank cannot be carried forward to 2027.
If you do not secure a seat in this cycle — even after all counselling rounds — you will need to apply and appear for KLEU AIET again next year.
*The article might have information for the previous academic years, which will be updated soon subject to the notification issued by the University/College.
What is KLEU AIET?
KLEU AIET stands for KLE University All India Entrance Test. It is also called KAHER AIET. KLE Academy of Higher Education and Research (KAHER), a deemed university in Belagavi, Karnataka, conducts it every year.
The test grants merit-based admission to B.Pharm, PharmD, D.Pharm, PB B.Sc. Nursing, and B.Sc. Allied Health Sciences programmes at KLE group colleges.
Has KLEU AIET 2026 Result Been Declared?
Yes. KLEU AIET 2026 Round 1 result has been declared on kledeemeduniversity.edu.in. Log in with your application number and date of birth to download your scorecard.
Round 2 is expected in July 2026. After that, KAHER will release the final combined merit list used for counselling.
What Details Do I Need to Check the Result?
You need your Application Number and Date of Birth. Go to kledeemeduniversity.edu.in, find the AIET Result 2026 link, enter your credentials, and download the scorecard.
The application number was sent to your registered email when you submitted the form. Check your inbox and spam folder if you have misplaced it.
What is the Exam Pattern?
KLEU AIET has 100 MCQs worth 100 marks in total. Each correct answer gets 1 mark, and there is no negative marking for wrong ones.
- Physics
- Chemistry
- Biology
- Aptitude
The exam is 2 hours long. It is conducted online in proctored mode, so you can take it from any device at any location.
What is the Minimum Qualifying Score?
Qualifying marks are an overall percentage, not subject-wise. There is no separate cut-off per subject.
| Category | Minimum Qualifying Score |
|---|---|
| General and EWS | 50 out of 100 (50%) |
| OBC-NCL | 45% |
| SC/ST/PwD | 40% |
Your marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Aptitude all add up to your total. Only the total is compared to the qualifying threshold.
Your scorecard will clearly show "Qualified" or "Not Qualified". That status tells you whether you are eligible for counselling without needing to calculate separately.
How is the Merit List Prepared?
KAHER combines scores from Round 1 and Round 2 into one final merit list. Candidates are ranked purely on their total AIET score out of 100.
For ties, the candidate with higher Biology marks ranks higher. If Biology is also equal, the older candidate (by date of birth) gets the better rank.
Separate category-wise and programme-wise lists are also prepared from the main list.
What if I Missed Round 1?
Yes, you can still get admission. KAHER holds a second round in July for candidates who could not appear in Round 1.
Your Round 2 score goes into the same combined merit list used for counselling. Check kledeemeduniversity.edu.in for the Round 2 application window and eligibility conditions. These are published a few weeks before the exam.
How to Apply and Application Fee
Applications are submitted online through the official KAHER portal. The application number is generated and sent to your registered email when you submit the form.
If you forgot your application number, check your inbox and spam folder for a confirmation email from KAHER. If you still cannot find it, use the "Forgot Application Number" option on the login page.
You can also contact KAHER at info@kledeemeduniversity.edu.in or call +91-831-244-4444 during working hours.
Can I Check the Result on a Mobile Phone?
Yes. The KAHER portal works on any smartphone browser. Log in with the same credentials, view your scorecard, and download it as a PDF.
Also open it on a desktop and take a printout. Counselling requires a physical copy of the scorecard for document verification.
Is Counselling Online or Offline?
Counselling is offline. You have to be physically present at the KAHER campus in Belagavi with all original documents.
KAHER may allow online choice filling and registration before the in-person reporting date. The exact process is explained in the official counselling schedule published on kledeemeduniversity.edu.in.
