Candidates can only fill the Manipur Board HSLC registration form through their respective schools. All the applications will only be accepted before the issued date and time. If any candidate fails to fill the examination fall within the stipulated time frame, the student has to pay an additional amount as a token of late fees while submitting the application form.

The following step-by-step procedure is needed to be followed to fill the Manipur HSLC registration form: 

Step 1: All the respective schools should submit the list of the students and the application forms with the prescribed proforma to the board either through a CD or through email.

Step 2: The Board will send a computer-generated registration form to all the affiliated schools.

Step 3: Thoroughly check the details and errors, if any mistake is found out, the respective schools can omit, edit and correct it.

Manipur Board 10th Registration 2023: Important Instructions

The registration form shall be submitted to the Principal’s office of the institution concerned. It is the responsibility of the Head of the institution to forward the same to the Council of Higher Secondary Education office, Manipur, along with the necessary fees and documents before the allocated date. Please note the following points while registering:

  • Late fines set by the council will be charged from time to time if the application is not received within the stipulated time.
  • The council will reject incomplete application forms or forms without the necessary documents or a prescribed registration fee.
  • Fees prescribed by the council from time to time shall be charged for correction of any wrong entry in the application form and registration statement.
  • The student should register from only one institution. If he/she is found to have been enrolled/registered in more than one institution: 
  • Their enrollment and registration will be cancelled for that particular session.
  • They shall be fined a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand) only if they desire to opt only one of the institutions and continue to be a candidate of that institution”.
