SRMCAT Eligibility Criteria 2027

Candidates must hold, or be in the final year of, a bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognised university, with the acceptable degree durations and equivalences stated in the admission notification. Final year students may generally apply on the condition that they produce their final result before admission is confirmed. Candidates who hold a valid score in a recognised national management entrance test may be considered under that route instead of the university test, subject to the score being valid for the admission year. The minimum marks required in the qualifying degree, the relaxation available to reserved category candidates and any work experience or age condition are stated in the university admission notification for the year.
