Eligibility
Candidates who hold a Master’s degree in the relevant discipline from a recognised university are eligible to apply. Admission is based on academic record, a statement of purpose, and performance in an entrance test and interview conducted by Future University. The minimum qualifying marks and any relaxation policy are set out in the university’s annual admission notification. Applicants must also meet any additional criteria published in the notification for their chosen faculty.
About Ph.D
The Ph.D programme at Future University in Bareilly is a full-time research degree in which a student undertakes an independent investigation under the guidance of a recognised supervisor. The study is normally in one of the disciplines offered by the university’s faculties—engineering, sciences, management, humanities or social sciences—and culminates in a thesis that makes an original contribution to knowledge. Coursework is tailored to the chosen field and includes literature review, research methodology, and seminar presentations. The programme is structured over a minimum period of three years and is examined solely by external evaluation of the submitted thesis.
