The 2025 placement drive at JBIMS recorded 100% placements across the MMS, M.Sc. Finance, and MHRD programs. More than 65 companies participated, including 13 new recruiters. The institute is particularly strong in BFSI, consulting, and fintech.

For the MMS program, the average CTC was INR 26.48 LPA, and the highest was INR 55.60 LPA. The median CTC was INR 26.15 LPA. The top 10% of students had an average CTC of INR 39.73 LPA, and the top 30% had an average of INR 34.07 LPA. The institute offered 94+ Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs) and Pre-Placement Interviews (PPIs).

For the M.Sc. Finance program, the average CTC was INR 18.3 LPA, and the highest was INR 28 LPA. The top 10% average was INR 26.4 LPA, the top 25% average was INR 22.2 LPA, and the top 50% average was INR 20.2 LPA.

For the MHRD program, the average CTC was INR 16 LPA, and the highest was INR 22 LPA.

Top recruiters in 2025 included Goldman Sachs, McKinsey & Company, BCG, Accenture Strategy, J.P. Morgan, HSBC, Standard Chartered, DBS, HUL, Nestle, P&G, Reliance, Tata Capital, MUFG, Franklin Templeton, Bloomberg, Nomura, Citi, HDFC Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, ICICI Bank, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PwC, Amazon, Microsoft, Asian Paints, Adani, and Abbott.

For MMS students, the largest share of offers came from BFSI and investment banking at 42%. Tech and e-commerce followed at 18%, consulting at 16%, manufacturing and conglomerates at 12%, and FMCG and pharma at 8%.

For M.Sc. Finance students, the largest share of offers came from fintech and NBFC at 20%. Credit ratings followed at 16%, wealth management at 12%, consulting at 10%, and investment banking at 10%.

For summer internships, the MMS batch (2023-25) saw a highest stipend of INR 4.50 Lakhs for two months. The mean stipend was INR 2.27 Lakhs, and the median was INR 2.40 Lakhs. The top 10% average stipend was INR 4.14 Lakhs, and the top 30% average was INR 3.58 Lakhs. More than 50 recruiters participated. Top sectors were BFSI at 28% and FMCG and pharma at 21%.

For M.Sc. Finance summer internships (2024-26 batch), the highest stipend was INR 2.40 Lakhs for two months. The mean stipend was INR 88,000, and the top 25% average was INR 1.40 Lakhs. Top sectors included fintech, investment banking, valuation, and private equity.
