<p>National Law University and Judicial Academy (NLUJAA) Assam offers undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG), and doctoral (PhD) programmes in law. The flagship programme is the five-year BA LL.B. (Hons.).</p>

<p>The university also offers a one-year LL.M. and a three-year PhD. Admission to all programmes is based on CLAT scores.</p>

<ul>
<li><strong>BA LL.B. (Hons.)</strong> – 5 years, first-year fee INR 2.44 lakhs, total fee INR 11 lakhs.</li>
<li><strong>LL.M.</strong> – 1 year, first-year fee INR 2.11 lakhs, total fee INR 2.11 lakhs.</li>
<li><strong>PhD</strong> – 3 years, first-year fee INR 1.57 lakhs.</li>

<p>For BA LL.B., you need to have passed 10+2 with at least 50% aggregate and appear for CLAT. For LL.M., you need an LL.B. degree and a CLAT-PG score. For PhD, you need a post-graduation degree and a UGC-NET/SET qualification.</p>

<p>Seat intake is 60 for BA LL.B. and 40 for LL.M. The course fees cover academic charges only. Hostel and mess charges are separate.</p>
