AMUEEE 2025 Application Status

AMUEEE 2025 application is open. Candidates can register online until February 8, 2025, at the official website amu.ac.in.

As per AMUEEE eligibility, candidates appearing for or having passed Class 12 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects can apply.

• The application fee is INR 650 for B.Tech only, INR 750 for both B.Tech and B.Arch, and INR 450 for the B.E program.
• Candidates must upload scanned images of their photograph, signature, and left thumb impression in JPG format during registration.
• Successfully registered candidates will get the AMUEEE Admit Card in July 2025.

AMUEEE 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet all eligibility criteria set by the exam conducting authority. These criteria are subject to modification if required.

• Candidate must be a citizen of India.
• Candidate must have passed the senior secondary or equivalent exam with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, or Computer Science as the third subject.
• Candidates must have scored an aggregate of 50% marks in these subjects. Reserved category candidates need 45%.
• Candidates who have passed a Diploma in Engineering from AMU with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks are also eligible.
• Candidates who have passed the B.Sc. final year exam with Mathematics and Physics as subjects and 50% aggregate marks (45% for reserved category) are also eligible.

How to Fill AMUEEE Application Form 2025

The AMUEEE 2025 application form is available in online mode only at amu.ac.in. The step-by-step process is given below.

Step 1: AMUEEE Registration 2025

• Go to the official AMU website at amu.ac.in.
• Click on AMUEEE 2025 Application.
• Fill in the registration details for new users, such as name, email ID, and mobile number.
• Click submit. A registration ID and password will be sent to the registered email address.

Step 2: Fill AMUEEE Application Form 2025

• Log in to the portal using the credentials received by email.
• Fill in the details as directed on the webpage.
• Choose the programs to apply for, select the exam centre, and submit all required details.

Step 3: Upload Scanned Images

Candidates must upload scanned images of their passport-size photograph, signature, and left-hand thumb impression with the following specifications.

Step 4: Pay AMUEEE Application Fees

The application fee must be paid during the submission process. The fee amount depends on the program selected.

AMUEEE 2025 Exam Pattern

AMUEEE 2025 is conducted for admission into BE/BTech and B.Arch courses. The exam is held in offline mode. The time allotted for completing the paper is 3 hours. The question paper is set in a single language, i.e., English.

The question paper is divided into three sections: Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Each section carries 50 marks, with a total of 150 marks. Each correct answer gets +1 mark, and -0.25 (1/4th) marks are deducted for each incorrect attempt.

AMUEEE 2025 Exam Pattern in Detail

AMUEEE 2025 is conducted for admissions to B.Tech and B.Arch courses. The exam duration is 180 minutes for B.Tech and 120 minutes for B.Arch. The exam pattern for each course is defined below.

For B.Tech

• For BTech/BE course, there will be an objective question paper.
• The total number of questions will be 150.
• Each question will carry 1 mark.
• The duration of the entrance test will be 3 hours.
• The question paper will have three sections comprising questions from Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics of class 12 level.

For B.Arch

• There will be two papers of AMUEEE for admission to Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) course.
• Paper 1 will be the same as for the B.Tech candidates.
• Paper 2 is designed for testing the aptitude of the candidate in architecture (Architecture Aptitude Test).
• Both the papers carry equal weightage.
• Candidates opting for architecture course should appear for both the papers.
• Questions will be of descriptive type. Candidates will have to appear for drawing test.

AMUEEE 2025 Marking Scheme

• There is a total of 150 questions in AMUEEE Paper-I.
• Each question will carry 1 mark.
• The question paper will be of 150 marks.
• The question paper will comprise three sections: Physics, Chemistry and Maths.
• Each section will be of 50 marks.
• No marks will be deducted for wrong answer.

AMUEEE 2025 Important Instructions

Candidates should read the following instructions carefully for AMUEEE 2025.

• Answers should be given on the OMR answer sheet for the offline entrance paper.
• All questions of AMUEEE are multiple choice questions.
• Candidates should read the instructions carefully before proceeding to answer.
• Aspirants have to mark the correct answers on the OMR answer sheet.
• Use blue or black ink ball point only to mark the OMR sheet.
• Mark the circle completely.
• If the OMR sheet is in a defective state, contact your invigilator before the start of the exam.
• Do not mark two answers for the same question. In this case, your answer will be considered wrong.
• For paper 2, candidates should bring their own stationery items.

AMUEEE 2024 Result and Counselling Dates

AMUEEE 2024 results were declared on June 25, 2024. Candidates can check their results on the official website amucontrollerexams.com.

The result was published in the form of a merit list. The merit list includes the roll numbers of qualified candidates.

How to Check AMUEEE 2024 Result?

AMUEEE 2024 result was declared in June 2024 on the official website of Aligarh Muslim University. Candidates had to follow the steps given below to check their results.

• Visit the official AMUEEE website, i.e., amu.ac.in
• Click on the link that mentions AMUEEE 2024 Result.
• A new page appears with a pdf file carrying the roll number of all the qualified candidates.
• Candidates can check if their roll number is present in this pdf file or not.
• Candidates must keep a tab of their result and also take a print out of the same for all future AMUEEE 2024 counselling process and admission.

AMUEEE 2024 cut off marks for admission into preferred course at Aligarh Muslim University will also be updated as soon as the result is declared.

AMUEEE 2024 Cut Off

Aligarh Muslim University sets the cut off marks based on how candidates perform in the exam. Candidates who score equal to or above the cut off marks get a rank in the merit list.

The AMUEEE 2024 cut off will be released along with the result. The cut off will be different for different categories. The expected category-wise cut off marks are given below.

AMUEEE 2024 Answer Key

Candidates can download the answer key for their paper set by entering their roll numbers. They can also estimate their score using the marking scheme of the exam.

• +1 mark for each correct answer
• -¼ (0.25) marks for each incorrect attempt
• -¼ (0.25) marks for marking more than one option
• No mark will be deducted for unattempted question.

If there is any discrepancy, candidates can report it through a link on the official website. They will have to enter their Name, roll number, course, question number and question number set in the link to report the error.

AMUEEE 2024 Merit List

The AMUEEE merit list decides the admission process for the B. Tech course at Aligarh Muslim University. The merit list for AMUEEE 2024 will be announced with the following details for each candidate:

• AMUEEE 2024 rank of the candidate
• Roll number of the candidate

Merit lists will be released separately for the following:

The merit list for AMUEEE 2024 will be based on the score obtained in the exam by all appearing candidates. Reservation rules will apply in all categories for admission to Aligarh Muslim University.

AMUEEE 2024 Tie Breaking Policy

If two or more candidates get the same rank, the university will use a tie-breaking method. The method works in the following order:

• Firstly, the candidate who has attempted lesser number of questions in the test will be given preference.
• If the tie still exists, preference will be given to the candidate who has the higher age of the two.

AMUEEE 2024 Counselling

AMUEEE 2024 Counselling will take place online. Only qualified candidates can participate in it. The counselling will happen in slots.

Candidates can download their call letter from the official AMU website before the counselling process. A pre-determined number of students will be called for counselling in each slot. The number of seats available for every stream will be updated once it is published officially. The previous year's seat count is given below for reference.

Documents Required for AMUEEE 2024 Counselling

Candidates must present the following original documents at the counselling venue:

• Call letter in original and one attested copy.
• AMUEEE 2024 Admit card in original and one attested copy.
• Demand Draft in favor of Aligarh Muslim University with the stipulated amount.
• 10+2 Mark sheet
• High School mark sheet or certificate or any other legal document for the proof of date of birth.
• Migration certificate of the last attended institution.
• Character Certificate from the Head of last attended institution.
• Name removal certificate for candidates registered at AMU.
• Certificate for the admission of the candidate under the reserved categories (if applicable).
• No Objection Certificate from the employer to pursue the studies for the full period of time (if applicable).
• Medical fitness certificate as per AMU guidelines.
• Two recently passport size photographs

After document verification, candidates must submit the required documents to the verifying officer. All original documents will be returned to them after a stipulated period of time.

• Original Mark sheet of the Qualifying examination or any other Equivalent Examination.
• Original Name Removal Certificate (only for AMU registered candidates).
