JAC Delhi Counselling Registration 2025 is closed on the official website, jacdelhi.admissions.nic.in. The counselling registration window was open from May 21 to June 2, 2025.
Registration is done online with the JEE Main application number and password. The registration fee is Rs 1500 and is non-refundable.
JAC Delhi Counselling 2025 Allotment Rounds
JAC Delhi Counselling Round 1 allotment was on June 9, Round 2 on June 24, and Round 3 on June 30. The Round 4 allotment was out on July 8 and Round 5 on July 15, 2025.
- The upgradation round starts on July 18.
- The spot round starts on July 19.
Who Can Apply for JAC Delhi Counselling
Only JEE Main and NATA 2025 qualified candidates can register online for the counselling. There is no maximum or minimum age criterion.
Candidates who cleared 12th from a recognised institution and have appeared for JEE Main 2025 are eligible to apply. For JAC Delhi registration, you first need to verify your identity by providing JEE Main application details. After authentication, you will be able to register.

Your seat allotment is based on the rank secured in the Common Rank List (CRL) of JEE Main 2025. There are five technical universities/institutes that are part of JAC Delhi 2025 Counselling.

JAC Delhi Application Form 2025: Online Registration Procedure
Joint Admission Counselling Delhi 2025 is conducted in online mode. Candidates must register on the official website by following the steps given below.
Step 1: Verification of JEE (Mains) 2025 Details
- Visit the official website, jacdelhi.admissions.nic.in.
- Authenticate yourself by entering JEE application details. These details include JEE (Main) 2025 application Number, Name, and Date of Birth as per the JEE application form.
- A verification code will be sent to the registered mobile number and email ID after authentication.
- After verifying the email ID and mobile, candidates can create a password for the JAC Delhi Portal.
Step 2: Filling Out the JAC Delhi Application Form
- On the JAC Delhi Portal, the JEE (Main) 2025 application number will be the User ID. A strong password must be created for security.
- Provide an authenticated Contact Number and Email ID during registration for all communication.
- Fill in all details asked in the JAC Delhi application form. This includes academic details, document proof of 10th and 12th, details of Bonus points (for IIITD bonus points), and Bank account details. The bank account should belong to the candidate only.
Step 3: Payment of Registration Fees
- After completing the application form with all details and documents, candidates must pay a non-refundable registration-cum-counselling fee of INR 1500 through online payment.
- Keep a hard copy of the payment receipt for future reference.
- If the payment fails, the candidate must pay the registration fees again without waiting for a refund. The candidate may also inform JAC Delhi by email, providing all JEE Mains application details, name, contact details, and transaction-related details.
Step 4: Choice Filling for Seat Allotment
- After completing the application form and fee payment, candidates must visit the official website to fill in choices for the seat allotment procedure.
- Log in using the JEE Main 2025 application number as the Login ID and the password created during registration.
- After login, the choice filling option will be available. Candidates can select choices one by one from the list based on eligibility and add them to their preference. Fill in the maximum number of available choices to benefit from seat upgradation during counselling rounds.
- The preference of choices will be locked automatically after the registration period is over.
- This will be locked for that particular round after the registration period. Candidates can change their choices before the second round of counselling.
- Take a printout of the filled choices only after choice filling closes, for future reference during counselling.
Step 5: Allotment of Seat and Declaration of Result
- After choice filling, the choices will be processed for seat allotment as per the common rank list in JEE Mains 2025.
- Selected candidates will be informed through a provisional seat allotment letter sent to their registered email ID. Results will also be declared on the official JAC Delhi website.
