• The eligibility criteria for undergraduate admission range from 65%- 80% from the UAE curriculum, and the university recognizes all the other certificates and converts their grades to the equivalent grade. For some courses, students must specifically achieve 80% or above in physics, chemistry and mathematics. Students who have fewer marks must pass the Accuplacer test organized by the University.

• The eligibility criteria for admission of Graduates at AURAK are different from course to course. The minimum CGPA required for admission is 2.5 on a 4 scale. For some courses, a personal interview and work experience of 3-5 years is compulsory to get admission.

You need to start by creating your account and starting with the student login at AURAK's student admission portal. You will be informed if your application is successful. When the application is successful, the attestation of documents starts.

• Students are requested to submit their documents and officially attested educational certificates. The deadlines will be mentioned in the admission confirmation mail. Once you arrive in Dubai, you will need to get your certificate of high school equivalence from the Ministry of Education in Dubai. A similar certificate will be provided by the ministry for those students who are pursuing a master’s abroad.

• The Office of Administration arranges visas for all the undergraduate and graduate programs. After starting a semester, you are required to renew those visas every year. For a visa application, you will need:

1. 8 passport-size photos.

2. Copy of Passport

3. Copy of the secondary school marksheet

4. Payment of the visa fee and security deposit for a visa.

• When you first exit the airport, you can avail airport pickup service with the help of a request made via the airport pickup form.
