People are at the core of our teaching methodology. Since its beginning, Domus Academy gathered leading professionals, thinkers and educators to shape a lively and visionary creative hub and inspire next-generation talents.

Management Engineer with a significant experience as International Leader in Education sector. He is also part of the Board of Directors of ALMA, the School of Italian Culinary Arts, and of Galileo Global Education Italia, the international leading group for Education. He is responsible for developing and executing strategies that meet current and future plans of Domus Academy. Previously, he worked as Chief HR Officer of Galileo Global Education Italia and as HR Vice President for Laureate International Universities in Italy, Germany, and Cyprus. He was also in charge of developing organizational plans and launching, in collaboration with companies, new formats supporting talents. He also gained experience in relevant international companies (Eni and Accenture).

Silvio Cioni is Design Leader and Educator with extensive expertise as an interaction and service designer across various sectors and industries. Silvio has a Ph.D. in Information Society and an M.A. in Communication Sciences with a major in Human Computer Interaction. With 25 years of experience, his practice and research is focused on Strategic Design, Design Futures, and Systemic Design. He is responsible for overseeing the continuous improvement of the school’s curriculum and ensuring the quality of education and the overall success of the school. Before joining Domus Academy, he was General Manager Milan and Executive Design Director at Sketchin, a Swiss design studio, Founder and Design Director at THINGS, a design and innovation agency for the Internet of Things, and Head of Interaction Design at H-ART, now AKQA Italy.
