IMT Mines Albi offers its students the possibility of accommodation in one of the eight student residences owned by the school. These residences are located on the IMT Mines Albi campus (Jarlard residence) and in downtown Albi (Gambetta, Jacques Halfon and Temporalité residences).

IMT Mines Albi has 566 accommodation units. All accommodation is furnished (desk, chair, stools, bed, table, fridge, cupboard, etc.) and has unlimited Internet access. The surface area is around 18 m2, and includes a bathroom and kitchenette. Each residence has a laundry room with washing machines and dryers, a TV room and social areas.
