The Faculty of Law, Thammasat University - Tha Phra Chan campus is located within the old city of Bangkok, known as Rattanakosin Island, which was formed by the loop of the Chao Phraya River and adjoining canals. Since the establishment of Bangkok as the capital city, the Island has been used to accommodate the Grand Palace, Royal Palaces, and government buildings making it the center of power in the country.
The Bachelor of Political Science Program in Politics and International Relations (English Program) is a new program which aims to give a priority to high- quality education comparable to international standard. The Faculty of Political Science, Thammasat University sees the importance of developing a taught program in English in the field of politics and international relations. The Program integrates theoretical approaches with case studies, current issues as well as practical skills.
Aims for students to learn the importance and role of accounting in information providing to support decision making on the most efficient use of resources by allowing students to learn about the concept of Transaction Analysis and Recording, and then prepare reports to present account information to related persons both inside and outside that organization, such as executives, shareholders, investors, lenders as well as government agencies to be used in decision-making or supervision, therefore, accounting is like the international language of the business world or "Business Language", which people involved in all aspects of business must learn and understand for business communication.
The Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (International Program), informally known as "BBA (International Program) or BBA for short," a four-year undergraduate program in Business Administration offering three areas of concentration: accounting, finance, and marketing. All classes are conducted in English. BBA instructors are full-time faculty member of Thammasat University, visiting professors from universities overseas, and adjunct professors from the local business community. The program admits 120 students from approximately 700 applicants per year.
