The college will provide the following items for each resident:

• Bed and mattress (twin extra long; 6’ 7” long, 3’ wide, and 6” thick)
• Desk with 3 drawer pedestal and chair
• Dresser and closet or wardrobe, except in triple situations where students will share 2 closets/wardrobes
• General room lighting

You will get the following included in room fees:

Security:

• All entrances, laundry areas and elevators are covered by security cameras
• 24 Hour ID card controlled access to individual buildings
• Each room is accessed by an individual combination lock
• RA on Duty from 7:30 p.m. to 7 a.m. every night
• 24 hour, 365 day coverage by our own University Police
• Every hall meets or exceeds fire codes
• Hardwired emergency phones on each floor
