Scholarships
University of Teknologi Malaysia offers two scholarships for their international students, only on the doctoral & research levels. In order to avail these scholarships, students must meet the eligibility criteria. Listed below are some details of the Uni Teknologi Malaysia scholarships for international students:

- Must be an international student who is enrolled in a doctoral degree course; - Priority is given to an applicant in semester 1-6 for PhD and semester 1-3 for Master by Research candidate; - Must submit the documents listed below: a) Details of the conference with the candidate's name as presenter; b) Offer/Invitation letter from organizer; c) Abstract of paper presentation; d) Quotation of the registration fees; - Applicant must not receive any full scholarship (tuition fees and monthly allowance) during the application submission |

- Must be an international full time PhD student, who is currently in 1st Semester; - For applicants in 5th and 6th Semester, priority is given to those who submit notification of thesis submission; - Applicant is currently not working or receiving any form of financial aids from other sources; - Applicant is required to be in Malaysia within 2 months during the application period. |
