<h2>Student Selection Process</h2>
<p>All students enter BITS Pilani after clearing selection at the school level and then again through BITSAT. The institute rewards merit only and offers no quota of any kind.</p>

<h2>Faculty and Curriculum</h2>
<p>Over 85% of the faculty members at BITS Pilani hold PhDs. They are actively involved in research and journal publications.</p>
<p>The curriculum is updated regularly to reflect the latest developments in technology and research.</p>

<h2>Practice School Programme</h2>
<p>The Practice School Programme ensures that every student spends over 7 months working in industry before graduation. This programme exposes students to real-life applications of their coursework and teaches them to work in a collaborative environment.</p>
<p>The Practice School gives students the experience needed to adapt quickly to careers in industry.</p>

<h2>Personality Development</h2>
<p>Soft skill development is part of the classroom experience through presentations and open-ended learning components. Extracurricular activities and student-managed clubs give students further avenues to express themselves and develop skills beyond academics.</p>

<h2>Placement Seasons</h2>
<p>BITS Pilani campuses schedule two placement seasons every year. Students work in industry for one of the two semesters in their final year as part of the Practice School programme, so they are available on campus only part of the time.</p>
<p>Details of the profiles of students available for placement in each season are published two months ahead of placements on each campus website.</p>
