Qualifying Marks
The qualifying percentage of marks in the Entrance Test is 35% (i.e. 42 marks out of total 120 marks) for general candidates.

Good Score in AP LAWCET
A good score in AP LAWCET is between 80 to 100 marks. A score of 100+ can be termed as a very good score.

Ans. For AP LAWCET 2025 counselling, the General and OBC category candidates should score a minimum of 42 marks out of 120 (35%). The SC/ST candidates have no minimum qualifying marks to be eligible for the AP LAWCET counselling.
- Qualifying is not enough; admission is also subject to the requirement of fulfilling the cutoff ranks of individual colleges, which differ according to seat availability, difficulty level of the exam, and performance of candidates.

In this video, Sir has explained the overall difficulty level of LAWCET exam in detail. The AP LAWCET 2025 paper was of moderate difficulty. While the General Knowledge and Mental Ability section was relatively easier, the Aptitude for the Study of Law was more challenging due to questions on legal concepts and reasoning. Current Affairs questions were also tricky, requiring candidates to stay updated with recent events. Overall, the exam required focused preparation to score well.
