The BIEAP Class 12 exam duration is three hours. The total marks are 100, with 60 marks for the theory paper and 40 marks for the practical assessment.

For the Science stream, the theory paper for Physics, Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology includes three types of questions:

• Very short answer-type questions – 2 marks each
• Short answer type questions – 4 marks each
