IBSAT 2026 Application Process

The IBSAT 2026 application process is open. Candidates can register online at admissions.ibsindia.org for the MBA, PGPM, and PhD programs (2027-29 batch).

The last date to apply is the last week of December 2026. Candidates should fill the form early because only registered candidates can book an exam slot to get their preferred slot.

After registration, candidates can download their admit card when it is released.

IBSAT is conducted by ICFAI Business School (IBS) for MBA and PGPM admission. One IBSAT application form is common for all 9 IBS campuses. Candidates do not need to apply separately for each campus.

IBSAT 2026 Application Fee

The IBSAT 2026 application fee is INR 1800. There is no relaxation in the registration fee for female and reserved category candidates.

One IBSAT form of INR 1,800 covers the exam fee and the MBA/PGPM application fee for all 9 IBS campuses.

IBSAT 2026 Exam Date

According to the official notification by ICFAI, the IBSAT 2026 exam will be conducted by the 3rd week of December 2026.

How to Fill the IBSAT 2026 Application Form

The IBSAT 2026 application form is filled online in six steps. The process starts with registration and ends with fee payment and submission.

  1. Register online: Visit admissions.ibsindia.org and enter your mobile number. Then fill in your name, date of birth, email and address.
  2. Get your login details: After registration, you receive an application number and password through email and SMS. Save these for future use.
  3. Fill the application form: Log in and enter your academic details, program choice and exam centre preference.
  4. Upload documents: Upload your photograph and signature in the correct format and size.
  5. Pay the fee: Pay INR 1,800 online through debit card, credit card or net banking.
  6. Submit and save: Submit the form and take a printout for your records.

Documents Required for IBSAT 2026 Registration

Keep these documents ready before filling the form. Missing documents can delay your application.

  • Class 10, Class 12 and graduation mark sheets and certificates.
  • A valid email ID and mobile number.
  • A recent photograph in .jpeg or .gif format (size up to 25 KB).
  • A scanned copy of your signature.
  • Score details, if you are applying through CAT, XAT, GMAT or NMAT by GMAC.

IBSAT 2026 Application Fee

The IBSAT application fee is INR 1,800 for all categories. There is no fee relaxation for female or reserved category candidates.

You can pay online through debit card, credit card, or net banking. For offline mode, you can buy the application voucher in cash from an IBS campus.

Admission Without IBSAT Score

You can apply to IBS without the IBSAT exam. If you have a valid CAT, XAT, GMAT or NMAT by GMAC score, you can skip IBSAT and apply directly for the selection process.

You must still fill the application form and pay the INR 1,800 fee like every other candidate. Registration is open now. You should complete your form well before the December 2026 deadline to get your preferred exam slot.
